Outstanding customer service is becoming harder to find, which makes Castro's Flower Shop stand out. Every interaction I've had has been professional, friendly, and focused on making sure everything is just right. Ginger was a pleasure to work with, and she reflects the level of care I've consistently experienced from the entire team. What I appreciate most is that I'm treated like a valued customer, not just another transaction. The staff takes the time to answer questions, confirm the details, and ensure each order is handled with care. That kind of personal attention gives me complete confidence every time I place an order. I don't have photos to share because I live out of state and send flowers to family and friends in the area. However, the arrangements are always well received, and the recipients consistently tell me how beautiful they are. Knowing I can trust Castro's Flower Shop to deliver quality arrangements, even when I can't see them myself, means a great deal. If you're looking for a florist that combines beautiful arrangements with exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Castro's Flower Shop. Their commitment to their customers is evident in every interac

I called from out of state to have an arrangement made for a funeral. They were extremely friendly and professional over the phone. They asked me how I wanted them to look, style, type of flower, and how much I wanted to spend. I truly appreciated the consideration of budget. I’ve never had a floral shop ask me that before. The flowers were very well received and they turned out just how I asked. This shop will now be my go to in Corpus. Many thanks from Louisiana!!

It was everything it needed to be. They were fast at getting my online order, it was for a grieving family and they completely loved it. I would recommend this flower shop and use their services again. 😊

I always get flowers from Castro’s. My stepson always uses them. He sent me a beautiful arrangement for Mothers Day. This is the eighth day since I received it, and it’s still beautiful! Castro’s is the best!

Gorgeous flowers!! I live in New Braunfels but my mom lives in Corpus. So when it comes to gifting flowers for any holiday, it is important to find the right place. I am beyond happy with their service. I picked a set of flowers, scheduled for same day delivery, and left instructions that were followed perfectly. I received an email when the order was placed and delivered. And when my mom received her flowers, she was so happy! And I must say, the picture she sent of the flowers exceeded my expectations! I will be ordering her flowers more often and only from Catros Flowers! Very affordable and very beautiful!!!
